Job Description
Your (new) Opportunity:
Guarantee continuity of supply for part numbered Auxiliary Materials in JDE including non BOM items
Ensure that supply is in line with requirements and the requested safety stock targets
Optimized and independent Purchasing Planning, Materials Management and tracking of assigned items from Supply/Demand and Order Placement up to release of material
Continuous monitoring/maintenance of safety stock levels, slow moving items and Inventory turn rate
Secure information flow between supplier and internal stakeholders (Supply Chain partner, Global Sourcing and Procurement, Supplier Quality, Receiving and Inspection) on an operational level
Proactive drive problem/issue solving as integral part of securing supply
Your Skills and Qualifications:
Technical College, High school diploma or College for Commerce
Profound professional experience in supply chain management and customer service and/or procurement
Profound knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems (e.g. JDE) and supply chain planning tools
Outstanding business acumen as well as commercial and financial understanding
Be willing to continuously improve organizational, technical and functional knowledge
Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Be Accountable and Results Oriented
Fluent in German and English language

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 3.323,20 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
