About the role:
In this role you will be leading a team of professionals by providing technical and personal guidance, structure and vision. You will be responsible for ensuring the technical availability of all automation OT systems at the Vienna Manufacturing Site. You will coordinate and monitor the ongoing Lifecycle projects.
How you will contribute:
Leading and coordinating the department related tasks and projects
Ensuring the technical availability of all automation OT systems like: Equipment & PLCs/HMIs; PCS7, Batching systems; Monitoring; Data Integrity, etc.
Professional preparation, organization and planning of assigned automation equipment and systems
Equipment and system lifecycle management aligned with the process engineering department
Continuous improvement and optimization of the assigned processes and systems
Supporting in the analysis and solution of complex automation problems
Coordinating contractor management
What you bring to Takeda:
University or technical college degree in Industrial, electrical, automation engineering or similar
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading a team in an electrical or automation engineering department in a GMP environment
Deep Knowledge of process control systems and automation systems (Siemens PCS7, Rockwell,…)
Knowledge and experience in PLC and SCADA systems, interface technologies, network solutions and virtual environment
Basic IT knowledge (active directory, network technology, firewalls, switches, access points, IP addresses, cyber security, etc.)
Experience in lifecycle management and planning methods and tools
Personal initiative, assertiveness, flexibility as well as independent and team-oriented, collaborative working methods
Distinct communication and cooperation skills in German and English
Secure handling of MS-Office applications and solid presentation skills
Solution oriented with focus on implementation and results
GMP knowledge is necessary
