About the role:

As a Supply Chain Lead for Launches you manage all product launches that are owned by the Plasma Operating Unit (OpU) of Takeda. You establish and lead the supply chain launch teams and effectively coordinate the relevant functions, such as the country representatives, regulatory, quality, regional and site supply chain to assure a timely and flawless launch.
How you will contribute:
Manage all launches owned by the Plasma OpU
Coordinate the respective supply chain launch teams
Keep overview of ongoing launch programs, communicate progress within the Plasma OpU and prepare relevant (monthly) KPI reporting decks
Closely collaborate with global launch management and be the Plasma OpU supply chain representative in their global projects
Work on continuous improvement of the launch management process
Track launches in the project management tool
Own respective Trackwise change controls
What you bring to Takeda:
Education in business administration or similar, preferably with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any other related fields (or several years proven practical experience)
Experience in project management and working in cross-functional teams
Experience in the use of project management tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Data Reporting tools (Qlik, Power BI) and Quality Change Control systems (Trackwise)
Strong leadership and networking skills
Outstanding written, oral communication and presentation skills
German and English (excellent), additional languages appreciated
