Job DescriptionAbout the role:As a member of the Manufacturing Sciences Team, you will help to connect science and manufacturing. A Manufacturing Scientist has a good understanding of biotechnology and biochemistry and is in close contact with site production, quality and our global network to ensure robust and stable manufacturing processes. We are looking for a Manufacturing Scientist/Validation (f/m/x). In this role, you will focus on quality, compliance and risk management as part of a team of process experts. You will help ensure process consistency and product quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment. As a trusted partner who enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams, you will support Takeda's future growth program. How you will contribute:Support and perform Process Validation (PV) throughout the product lifecycle including QbD risk assessment, process performance qualification (PPQ) and continued process verification (CPV) Perform process performance qualifications including strategy design, plan preparation and report authoring.
Perform PPQ supporting studies and related studies (e,g, life cycle validations or comparability studies) Support QbD process risk assessments Support submissions and audits Manufacturing Operations Support: perform deviation & change impact assessments Provide expert knowledge in projects and technical problem solvings Support of process stabilization & standardization activities
Enhance & improve process performance and yield Drive business process improvement (digitalization, automation) Perform process monitoring & trending / Continuous Process Verification
What you bring to Takeda:University degree in biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, process engineering, chemistry or related area of natural sciences Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GMP preferred Appropriate professional experience with focus on quality management, biotechnology and bioprocessing Good communication skills to manage stakeholders across levels & across countries Structured, holistic, and clear in problem solving
Good ability to present the validation strategy with clarity and confidence Basic understanding of statistics and Six Sigma tools preferred Personal attributes: integrity and trust, work ethic, courage, personal accountability for results, curiosity and passion for results
What Takeda can offer you:A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 3.557,4 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
