Our materials make metal extraction more efficient by saving energy, chemicals and water consumption by orders of magnitude. ? About the role

We seek a motivated founders’ associate who is able to switch contexts quickly, assimilate new information, and connect the dots, is resourceful, pragmatic, and has fun sitting in the founders’ co-pilot seat on our exciting journey.

Among your responsibilities:

? Strategic business case planning & modeling

? Co-creating techno-economic models

? Setting up and digitalizing operations

? Managing investor relationships

? Supporting the founders in day-to-day activities

?? Proficiency in the English language is a must.

? About you

You will be the best of us when it comes to operationalizing our systems and processes to help us scale. The ideal candidate has >6 months of experience in fast-paced, iterating environments, and wants to become excellent at company-building (being in the middle of the action).

Candidates ideally hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), Business Informatics, or related subjects.
