Your new challenges which will inspire you:
- Develop procurement strategies for logistics, with a primary focus on temperature-controlled road freight within main focus on Europe and USA for pharmaceutical goods, as well as Currier Express Parcel (CEP) services in collaboration with global stakeholders
- Establish comprehensive global strategies for contract and distribution logistics, managing 3PL/4PL providers with a strong emphasis on optimizing warehouse and last-mile operations, strengthening distribution networks and driving overall supply chain efficiency
- Conduct market sourcing and tendering for ocean, air, truck transport and warehousing on a global scale, focusing on defined lanes and adhering to GxP regulations and the requirements of the pharmaceutical production industry.
- Drive sustainable optimization of the supplier portfolio while enhancing supplier relationship management
- Lead negotiations in an international environment, establishing long-term global agreements and partnerships
- Develop, maintain, and present sourcing reports for the Global Logistics Category, ensuring data-driven decision-making
- Contribute actively to achieving company-wide cost-saving targets
Your profile that will convince us:
- University degree in business or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in strategic purchasing of Logistic
- Knowledge in defined portfolio mandatory
- Preferable are skills in pharma business and GxP working environment
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Project management skills preferred
- Fluent in English language skills and German preferred
- Excellent team coordination and communication skills
- Perseverance, strategic thinking skills and a hands-on mentality

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 4.157,14. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
