Verantwortungsgebiet
• Owns the knowledge of specific biopharmaceutical manufacturing process technologies.
• Participate in the definition and selection of pharmaceutical equipment
• Harmonize and optimize technical processes across the site
• Benchmark new technologies and equipment relevant for site
• Support Product Stewards / Process Experts in trouble shooting / root cause investigation
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific Technology Platform or biopharmaceutical drug substance processes

Qualifikationen
Education: BSc. in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Technology. Desirable MSc in the above or equivalent
Languages: Fluent in English and proficient in site local language
Experience: Minimum 8 year experience in GMP manufacturing relevant or late stage development to the specialist area of expertise. Proven understanding of up- and downstream technologies (cell culture fermentation, chromatographic separation, etc.). Thorough experience in computerized systems and fundamental understanding of applied statistics (MS-office, SAP, Minitab, JMP, etc.). Understanding and oversight of relevant regulatory requirements, e.g. GMPs, ICH Q-guidelines. Proven track record in leading interdisciplinary teams.

We offer a market-competitive base salary in line with your qualification, experience and individual competencies. The base pay is composed of a market oriented excess payment and the respective amount according to the Austrian collective agreement (at least €48,718.04 per year).
