Job Description
About the role:
In this role you are acting as escalation point to guarantee the continuity of supply and consequently the business continuity of the pharmaceutical production.
You will manage multiple stakeholders including fundamental suppliers in strong collaboration with the Planner Buyer and Procurement Team.
How you will contribute:
Guarantee continuity of supply by acting as escalation point in terms of issue resolution to any supply issue threatening business continuity
Act as strong connector for issue resolution management topics: secure information flow and align with suppliers and internal stakeholders (Supply Chain partner, local and global Procurement, Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance Incoming Material Release) on an operational level
Ensure that supply is in line with demand requirements
Proactively push problem/issue solving and defend against approaching delivery problems as integral part of securing supply
Derive appropriate actions, ensure follow-ups and report on progress
Keep track of stakeholders’ requirements and identify the urgency of their needs
Support in routine Planner Buyer tasks
What you bring to Takeda:
Technical College, High school diploma or College for Commerce
Professional experience in supply chain management and/or procurement (minimum 2-3 years)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to manage challenges, resolve problems and improve processes
End-to-end thinking
Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Be accountable and results oriented
Outstanding business acumen as well as commercial and financial understanding
Profound knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems (e.g. JDE) and supply chain planning tools
Fluent in German and English language
